Ana-Marija Vukušić, PhD

She graduated in 1999 from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Zagreb having read information science and ethnology. In 2000, she started her postgraduate studies in ethnology and cultural anthropology at the same faculty. She is writing her masters dissertation about processes of identification and practice in the context of the Sinjska Alka.

Since 2001, she has been working at the Institute of Ethnology and Folklore Research as a junior assistant on the project Ethnographic Heritage and Modernity between Tradition and Globalisation and has also been working in the Institute’s library. She is a member of the Croatian Ethnological Society and between 2001-2003 she was the editor of bulletin of Croatian Ethnological Society.
